FLINTAB ENGINEERS AND CONSTRUCTORS factory carries out welded mechanical constructions, mechanical processing, steel sandblasting, painting, all based on the projects provided by the Client.

The technical department offers our customers a project for the implementation and execution of services based on the existing technology in the factory. The company specializes in the execution of metal structures for industrial, road, railway constructions, but also welded metal structures for civil constructions.

FLINTAB has a team of 80 employees, consisting of engineers, mechanics, welders, painters and skilled workers.

Honoring a high level of quality of the obligations assumed towards internal and external clients led to the consolidation of FLINTAB’s position on the market. The increase in the quality and value of services to clients was reflected in the optimization of solutions and the significant reduction of delivery times with a continuous impact on client satisfaction.
In the context of efforts to expand and strengthen external and internal collaboration relationships, it is worth mentioning the launch of strategic partnerships with key suppliers of equipment and materials for production.

The factory is authorized by BUREAU VERITAS according to EN 1090-1: 2009 + A1: 2011, execution class EXC3, certificate no. 2129-CPR-0227.

The factory has welding procedure qualification certificates according to EN ISO 15614-1: 2004, our welders are authorized BUREAU VERITAS for various welding processes according to SR EN ISO 9606-1: 2014, the welds are checked according to the requirements of the specifications for each work and in accordance with the standard for which CE certificates are issued.

FLINTAB’s sales system has been modernized, giving it a clear market orientation, meeting customer demands in addressing industry-specific issues, and offering complete and customized solutions for each customer. Marketing programs are continuously exploring ways to approach the customer, as well as the means and experience with which we can support excellent service. The average selling prices we practice are competitive, at a level that is compatible with the purchasing power of the market.

The manufacture of metal structures is monitored according to the quality plan, and the tolerances, tests and checks are in accordance with the requirements of SR EN 1090-2.
The processing and manufacturing activity is carried out in 4 production halls totaling 5200 square meters, equipped with cranes with lifting capacities between 3.2 and 15 tons. The average monthly capacity is 180 tons and may vary depending on the type of ongoing projects.
The factory produces complete products based on the technical drawing. In the preparation phase, cutting, turning, milling, drilling of various parts is carried out, then assembly, pre-assembly, assembly, realization of metal constructions that are welded, sandblasted and painted.

The durability of paint systems applied to steel surfaces is in accordance with SR EN ISO 12944-1, for this purpose:
– Surface preparation is done by sandblasting with SA2 ½ degree of cleaning according to BS4232;
– The anti-corrosion paint protection systems used are in accordance with SR EN ISO 12944-5, the factory uses epoxy primers and acrylic, epoxy or polyurethane paints according to SR EN ISO 12944-7.

The company has an IT system for accounting and production management, integrated with the INVENTOR design program of the Technical Department.
